This Privacy Policy describes how Ring Bead Orbit (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The App is a single-player offline game distributed on Google Play.

1. Summary

The App is designed to work offline.
The App does not require an account or login.
The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
The App does not use a cloud database for gameplay progress.
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address (except when you choose to email us), phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details through the App.

Data stored only on your device may include:

Game progress (for example, cleared levels, stars, and high scores)
Settings (for example, sound, music, and accessibility preferences)
Tutorial completion state
Local achievement unlock state

This on-device data stays in the App’s private storage provided by the Android system. It is not uploaded by the App to our servers, because the App does not operate gameplay servers.

3. Permissions

The App is designed to avoid sensitive or high-risk Android permissions. For the current version, the App does not require access to:

Camera
Microphone
Precise or approximate location
Contacts, phone, SMS, or call logs
Photos, media files, or shared external storage for core gameplay
Nearby devices

If a future update adds a permission, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety section before release, and the App will request the permission only when needed for a clear feature.

4. Network and advertising

Core gameplay does not require an internet connection.
The App does not integrate third-party ad networks in the current version.
The App does not use the advertising ID for ads personalization in the current version.

Opening this Privacy Policy in a web browser (outside the App) uses your browser’s normal network connection. That browsing activity is handled by your browser and hosting provider, not by in-game analytics.

5. How on-device data is used

Locally stored data is used only to:

Save and restore your game progress and settings
Provide features such as achievements and endless-mode best scores
Remember that the tutorial was completed or skipped

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The App does not share gameplay progress with third parties, because progress is kept on your device.

If you contact us by email, we will use your email address and the content of your message only to respond to your support request.

7. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear App storage, use an in-App reset (if available), or uninstall the App.
Uninstalling the App deletes the App’s local data under normal Android behavior.
Support emails you send may be retained as needed to handle your request and then deleted or archived according to ordinary inbox practices.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children as a primary audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it from our inbox where reasonably possible.

9. Security

We rely on the Android application sandbox to protect on-device App data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device updated and use standard device security features.

10. Google Play Data safety

The Google Play Data safety section for Ring Bead Orbit is completed to reflect this policy: the current version is not designed to collect or share user personal data through the App. If our practices change, we will update both Data safety and this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you are informed of the revised policy as presented on this page.
